I d-loaded this torrent and mounted it with daemon tools and it still told me i needed a disk. so then i tried to dowload the patch and that told me i needed the disk too!

For the needs disc error, try toying around with the advanced setting in Daemon, like secuROm and safedisc, some games require some of these settings.
